**Intake Required (24 Hours):** After your purchase, please complete the intake form and submit all requested assets within 24 hours to initiate our services and maintain estimated turnaround time. **Timely Feedback:** To keep the project on schedule, it is essential clients to review drafts and provide feedback within the specified approval window. **Delays Affect Turnaround:** Please note that turnaround times are estimates and may be adjusted based on project scope, client responsiveness, revision requirements, and third-party production/vendor timelines (/merch/shipping). **Approval Delays:** If approvals are not received within the requested timeframe, Quick Start Pro reserves the right to proceed and deliver the most recently approved work "as is" to ensure production timelines are met.  

Whats included vs Whats not Included

Our selected package tier includes all services and deliverables listed, along with any paid add-ons purchased at checkout. **Not Included (separate cost):** - Google Ads ad spend/budget (paid directly to Google or the ad platform) - Domain purchase, hosting fees, platform, and any paid plugins/apps (unless explicitly included in writing) - Specialty print finishes, rush shipping, or upgraded vendor production costs beyond standard options (if requested).

Refunds, Approvals, and Revisions

Transparency 

**Work Begins = No Refunds: Once you submit intake form and Quick Start Pro begins work, your order is non-refundable.

**No Refunds After Delivery: All sales are final once deliverables are completed and delivered. refunds will be issued.

**Approval = Final : By approving, proofs, or pre-work (such as logos, print designs website pages, and ad creatives), you accept the work as final, and no refunds will be issued after this point.

**Revisions: Revision rounds are included based on your purchased tier/package Requests for additional revisions or concepts may incur extra charges.

Bundled Package Value & Unused services.

At Quick Start Pro, our package pricing clearly reflects the value of bundled services. It's important to understand that if a client chooses not to utilize certain included items, we do not provide refunds, credits, or price adjustments for any unused portions of the. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to fully leverage the benefits of our offerings.

FAQ

Right to refuse service.

Quick Start Pro retains the right to accept, decline, pause, or discontinue services for any client or business at our discretion. Should services be declined prior to commencement, we will assess the situation to determine if a refund or partial refund is applicable, taking into account processing fees and any administrative work already completed. Once services have commenced—such as intake submission and project setup—the order will considered non-refundable in line with our established refund policy.
